I have a request to our Indian readers to get in touch in the comments below and tell us about the trends/traditions/fashions in pubic styling in India. I’ve been doing a little web research of my own but the picture remains unclear to me.
Judging from Indian porn, the models are mostly sporting a full bush or a Full Monty, and there seems to be little appetite for any intermediate styles between the two extremes. (Maybe I’m just not seeing the right sites.)

I searched the Kama Sutra to see if it had anything to say on the subject, but to my surprise there was no advice on the maintenance of the pubes. Plenty on stroking, kissing and biting, and references to the hair of the head, but none to the bush.
There was one site describing pubic hair care around the world that had this to say:
Most upper-class Indian women completely remove their leg, underarm, and pubic hair. Depilatories are incredibly common to use in India as a hair removal method, but laser hair removal is becoming an increasingly more popular method…

Work has been hectic with so much travel. I have finally been able to submit some of the photos of my friend as well as some of mine that I took during my work trips and upon home. Apologies for any images that may be a little fuzzy, angled funny, or files. Work computers, co-workers, and long days make for quick pics. I do hope the community enjoys. I have some more of my current and me styling it as well as my friend. Will send ASAP!

@Mr.& Mrs. Frank haven’t disappeared. I follow blog as best I can when I travel. I am home for a little while before I head out. I will say while on some of my work trips to various parts of the US while at the different gym saunas I happened to see a handful of bushes on the younger gals. I was quite surprised.

I think this is because these are the most easy styles. With a full bush, there is nothing to maintain, with a completely bare pussy you just shave everything away without the need to be precise to get the right shape and trim the rest to the right length. Maintaining a nice looking landing strip for example, is a lot more work!
My wife usually keeps it hairy, already for years, without any trimming or shaving. But in case she wants to shave, she always shaves everything off. She then keeps it bald, usually for a few weeks, until she decides to stop shaving and let again grow a full bush.
She has tried some different styles, the obvious ones like the landing strip and the triangle, but also the stealth shave and the top knot, as you describe them on this page. But now it’s usually full bush and incidentally completely shaved.
